The Company was incorporated and registered in Jersey with registered number 114397 on 19 November 2013 as a public company under the name boohoo.com.
The Company changed its name to boohoo group plc with the company registry of Jersey on 10 July 2018.
boohoo group plc is not incorporated in the UK and as such the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
The Company’s shares are traded and quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company’s shares are not traded or quoted on any other market
